Tsai's House

This 5-story residential building was the innovative achievement of construction method working with ALC brick (autoclaved lightweight concrete), which seldom being used as the exterior wall. It was meant to testing this material in order to reduce energy consumption and construction period. The combination of steel structure and ALC brick delivery a new envision of Taiwanese Architecture thought, and it is also becoming a new type of constructive method in the seismic zone.
